Clay Hall, NP

I’ve been in healthcare since 2007, having started my career in emergency medicine, before progressing to graduate and post-graduate studies.

I completed my graduate studies in General Medicine at Olivet Nazarene University, graduating Summa Cum Laude at the top of my class. Wanting to master the mind-body connection, I then pursued post-graduate education in Psychiatry at Purdue University, as well as additional Men’s Health training at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. I also hold non-clinical degrees in Leadership (PhD) and Business (MBA). I’ve worked hard over the last two decades to develop a well-rounded clinical competency, and believe in being a life-long learner, always staying up to date on changes in medicine and giving my patients the best care possible.

Before PracticeRx, I was CEO of a mobile physician practice headquartered in Phoenix. In this role, we delivered primary care, men’s health, psychiatry, and dermatology to geriatric patients directly in their homes. This experience, rooted in a mobile and telemedicine concierge-style model, inspired me to create PracticeRx.

I wanted to take what I had learned and expand on this philosophy by creating a practice where everyone, regardless of age or insurance status, could access this level of care. PracticeRx was born from a vision to provide high-quality, truly accessible healthcare that removes the barriers of traditional insurance. By offering telemedicine, in-home, and in-office treatment, we strive to give patients the white-glove service they need to make their health a priority.

Personally, I’ve been a Gilbert resident since 2009, where I live with my wife, Jayme, and our three children, Olivia, Jack, and Charlotte. In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball/paddle, hiking, hosting gatherings with friends and family, and coaching my daughter’s volleyball team.

“I never intended to practice medicine with a stopwatch dictating our time together or an insurance company overriding the treatment decisions my patients and I believe are best. Quality healthcare shouldn’t feel rushed or restricted. I believe that’s a right, not a privilege.

I began my medical career in 2009 when I joined the Army as a medic. From there, I transitioned to civilian EMS, working on ambulances and with the Scottsdale Fire Department. My journey eventually led me to the military’s Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP), where I graduated in 2019. I currently serve in the Army Reserves as a flight surgeon for an aviation unit in California.

Since becoming a PA, I’ve gained experience in home health, urgent care, emergency medicine, pain management, men’s health, and cancer screening. My true passion lies in educating patients and helping them improve their quality of life.

I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and together we have three boys. When I’m not at work, you’ll find us playing board games, watching movies, or working on our family goal of visiting all 63 national parks.

“Every patient’s story is unique, and I believe the best care comes from taking the time to truly understand their goals. It’s the two ears, one mouth philospy. Listen twice as much as you speak.”

I’ve been part of Arizona’s fitness community for over 15 years. After a successful career as a professional Mixed Martial Artist, and achieving my fitness goals, I discovered my passion for helping others achieve theirs. Whether it’s training like an athlete, feeling confident in a swimsuit, or having the strength to play with your grandkids, it’s awesome to be able to play a part in that journey.

As a NASM Master Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I specialize in creating personalized, sustainable plans that fit each individual’s lifestyle. By working alongside medical providers in a weight-loss-focused setting, I bridge the gap between fitness and healthcare to deliver results that support long-term health.

Helping people feel strong, confident, and in control of their health is what drives me every day. I’m here to guide you through realistic strategies and a plan that works for you.
