Adult ADHD and Psychiatry Care in Arizona: Scottsdale and Telehealth

PracticeRx is based in Scottsdale, so Arizona patients can choose: sit down with us in person at our office on N 71st Way, or meet by secure video from anywhere in the state. Either way you get a thorough adult ADHD evaluation, medication management, and follow-up from a clinician who treats ADHD as a real medical condition.

Patients visit our Scottsdale office or join by video from Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tucson, Flagstaff, and rural Arizona.

Led by Clay Hall, NP, PhD, MBA, adult ADHD specialist licensed in Arizona.

How telehealth visits work

Care from anywhere in Arizona.

1

Book and share your history

You complete intake paperwork online before we meet, so the first conversation can focus on your history and your goals.

2

Meet in Scottsdale or by video

Visit our office at 10636 N 71st Way, Suite 13, Scottsdale, or meet on a private video link from anywhere in Arizona. Same clinical standard either way.

3

Get a plan and ongoing follow-up

If treatment is appropriate, prescriptions go to the Arizona pharmacy of your choice, and follow-up continues in person or by video.

What it costs

Transparent, up front.

  • PracticeRx accepts most major commercial insurance plans for eligible psychiatric services, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Optum, Anthem, Oxford Health Plans, and Carelon. Coverage and network participation vary by plan, and we verify your benefits before your first appointment.
  • With insurance, most patients pay $0–$40 per appointment
  • Self-pay is available, and we confirm your exact cost before your first visit
  • We are not currently in-network with Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or AHCCCS.
  • No membership required to be seen — the membership is for people who want ongoing concierge-level access

Your first visit

What actually happens.

  • A full clinical interview covering childhood through today, not a rushed checklist
  • Standardized ADHD rating scales and screening for anxiety, depression, sleep, and thyroid or hormonal contributors
  • A clear answer about whether this is ADHD, something else, or both — and the plan either way
  • Time to talk through medication options, side effects, and what follow-up will look like
